This interactive workshop, delivered by the University of Derby, will involve collaborators from across the regional hospitality sector. There will be an opportunity to analyse the global sustainability agenda and its relevance to the hospitality industry, as well as invite participants to contribute and discuss how de-carbonising initiatives can be implemented in their own businesses. There will also be an opportunity to share challenges, opportunities, and principles of good practice through round-table discussion.
This workshop is part of a series of two workshops under the theme 'Environmental Sustainability in Hospitality' and is complemented by the workshop Menu design for responsible food choices. We recommend you attend both workshops for maximum benefit to your business.
