On 9 September 2020 Buxton Neighbourhood Forum CIC applied to High Peak Borough Council under sections 61F and 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to designate a Neighbourhood Forum and a Neighbourhood Area for Buxton. Comments were invited on the applications between 26th November 2020 and 12th January 2021. The responses to the consultations were considered by The Executive on the 11th February 2021 which resolved to approve the applications.
Notice is hereby given that High Peak Borough Council has designated a Neighbourhood Area and Neighbourhood Forum for Buxton in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
