Check your benefits online

The Council Tax and Benefits My Account system will be unavailable from 22 February until 6 March due to maintenance for Annual billing. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you need to contact us urgently about your Council Tax account or Benefits, or to make a new claim for benefit please contact us using the buttons below.

 

You can now set up a new benefit account, which will enable you to access information online.  This includes:

  • when you'll receive your next payment
  • how much you are entitled to 
  • when your last payment was
  • your entitlement period

You can apply for an account if you have an existing Council Tax Account or Benefit claim.  You will need your Council Tax Account or Benefit reference and National Insurance number to create an account.
