The Growth Strategy  aims to encourage investment in the High Peak area.

It demonstrates our commitment to regeneration throughout the area as well as the delivery of the Local Plan.

The vision for the borough

The Growth Strategy puts forward four key ambitions:

• a vision that respects the high quality and valued natural environment
• a plan that will drive growth in business activities
• facilitate housing delivery
• enhance the visitor economy to deliver economic, social and environmental benefits
