Information about our future financial plans.
The Council reviews and revises the Budget and Medium Term Financial Plan for the forthcoming four year period annually. An early iteration is presented to Members in the November/ December Committee cycle, and the full balanced plan is then presented to Members for approval in the February Committee cycle.

The Budget setting and Medium Term Financial Planning process provides the Council with the opportunity to plan its delivery of public services in accordance with local priorities against the availability of funding and the financial challenges the Council faces. The Council is committed to consulting with residents and other stakeholders to help inform the budget setting process and spending priorities, or non-priorities. Comments can be submitted by emailing Treasury@highpeak.gov.uk.
