Chisworth Parish Council Parish Clerk.

Chisworth Parish Council would like to invite applications for the role of Parish Clerk.

This is a part-time position - about 10 hours a month - working from home. These hours include the ten Parish Council evening meetings across the year, where attendance would be required.

The role of the Clerk is to be the first point of contact for Chisworth Parish Council, working closely with the five Parish Councillors. We would like to attract an enthusiastic and community-focused individual with strong organisational, communication and IT skills. Financial reporting is also important but no previous accounting experience is required - training and support will be provided.

Remuneration is £13.69 per hour, in line with the current Local Authority SCP grade 09.
