Assisted collection review
We know our assisted collection service is important to people who need it. We want to make sure we can continue to provide the service efficiently but we also know circumstances change over time. To check our records are up to date earlier this year we asked everyone we help to complete a renewal form to confirm the service is still needed.
If you had a letter from us but have not completed a renewal form to update us please fill in the form to make sure we continue to provide this service for you.
Please contact us if your circumstances change and you no longer need this service.
