Energy Efficiency Grants Programme - Sustainable Warmth Derbyshire (Green Homes Grant Phase 3)

We are working in partnership with Marches Energy Agency (Warmer Derby and Derbyshire) and E'on to deliver a government funded project to upgrade the energy efficiency of privately owned homes.

Funding is limited so please apply early.

The funding is for households with an income of up to £31,000. You must own or privately rent your home. Private rented homes will also require permission and a contribution to the costs from the landlord.

The grants are for households with poor energy performance. This can be assessed as part of the application process.

Projects the funding could be used for includes loft or cavity wall insulations, solar panels , air source heat pumps or other measures appropriate to improve the energy performance of your house.

There are two strands of funding depending on whether your property can access the mains gas grid.

Contact our partner Marches Energy Agency to check your eligibility.
