Information on council housing including homelessness and carelink

If you are a tenant of the council and would like to help shape how the council listens, learns, and improves, visit out Tenant Engagement area to find out more.

Be aware of cold callers!

We have been made aware that cold callers have been targeting council tenants using lanyard which read 'Tenant Support'. Please do not engage with cold callers. Council staff will not cold call - any engagement with council staff will always be by prior arrangement with the tenant at an agreed time.

Anyone who would like advice about a consumer matter or advice for dealing with callers at the door can contact the Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 0808 223 1133.

Any resident who would like a Derbyshire No Uninvited Caller sticker to put in their window can request one via Call Derbyshire on 01629 533 190.
