New occupiers and 'New Build' properties
If you've moved into a property that has no bins, use this form to order and pay for what you need.
Some developers will buy the first set of standard-sized bins for new build properties. Use this form to order your bins once you have moved in, and if the developer has pre-paid for your bins, this form will not take payment. Wait until you have moved in before ordering your bins, so you are there to receive and number them.
Lost or damaged bins
You need to purchase another bin if yours has gone missing, or if it is too damaged for the crew to safely empty.
There is a £33.50 charge for a bin to be delivered to you. You can order and pay for the bin using the form below.
If the crew report that your bin has fallen into the back of the wagon during collection, they will order a new one for you.
