Information on the business rates Retail Discount scheme for occupied retail properties
The Business Rates Retail Hospitality and Leisure Relief scheme ends on 31 March 2026.
From 1 April 2026, occupied Retail, Hospitality or Leisure properties may be eligible to have their Business Rates calculated using either the standard or small Retail, Hospitality and Leisure (RHL) multiplier.
