Report a missed collection

Welcome to our brand new missed bin reporting form, if you have any feedback or issues, please let us know here.

Our bin wagons are now fitted with a system that records any issues the crews may have had with collections when out and about on their rounds.

If your bin was out before 6am, but it hasn't been emptied by the end of the day, you can find out if there was a reason we didn't empty it here:

This form will tell you if we will return for the bin before your next bin day or if there was a reason we didn't take it. For example, if your bin wasn't out on time, or it was contaminated with something we don't accept.  

You'll also be able to see if there was an access issue affecting all or part of your street at the time we were collecting and if we are going to try again.

If your bin has been accidentally left behind, we will return to collect it, but you need to tell us within 2 working days of when it should have been collected.

We won't return to empty your bin before your next collection day if:

  • your bin was not out for collection when we visited your street
  • the wrong bin was presented
  • the bin contained items or materials we don't accept and has been stickered by our crew
  • the bin was too heavy for the crew to move
  • the contents of your bin were stuck or frozen inside and didn't drop out when we tipped the bin
