Council membership with the Institute of Customer Services

At High Peak Borough Council, we make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our membership with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), an independent, professional membership body for customer service, supports us in doing this.
As part of our membership, the ICS will conduct a customer satisfaction survey, on our behalf, which is compared nationally with other Local and National Governments. Your feedback will allow us to compare our service with other organisations across the UK, allow us to identify areas in which we are performing well and identify areas in which you want us to perform better; as a result, we can make our services even better for you.
Our Customer Service team will be sending the survey via email to a randomly selected sample of residents who have recently contacted the Council.
