Jobs Guarantee Grant

The Jobs Guarantee Grant will provide a fully funded six-month paid job to eligible 18-24-year-olds who have been on Universal Credit and looking for work for 18 months. The scheme is intended to provide long term unemployed young people with meaningful work and support to gain skills and experience through work, to improve their chances of moving into sustained employment after the scheme. The Jobs Guarantee Grant will be delivered through Delivery Partners who will source and match young people to jobs and provide wraparound support and training.

The Government are currently seeking bids from potential delivery partners with relevant experience to deliver the scheme for 2 years from November 2026.
