Register for a Council Tax and Benefits account so you can access information online such as but not limited to:
Benefits
- when you'll receive your next payment
- how much you are entitled to
- when your last payment was
- your entitlement period
Council Tax
- Checking how much Council Tax you owe
- Changing your method of payment
- Applying for a discount or exemption
- Reporting a change of address
If you don't have a council tax account number you will first need to report a change of address to us before setting up a My Council Tax and Benefits account which you can do that via our Report a Change of Address form.
