The Derbyshire Prepared website will provide further information when severe snow and ice hits Derbyshire and the High Peak and Age UK has some great advice on keeping warm and healthy through the winter months.

The Cabinet Office has also launched a 'Winter Weather' page bringing together material and news in one place.

The National Grid Winter Hub is a one stop shop of information on how to prepare for a power cut. Although this is unlikely to happen, we would urge residents to be prepared.
