Red textile bag collections have changed and are no longer collected with your scheduled recycling collection.
If you have any unwanted textiles, please use the button below to request 2 red textile bags which will be posted out to you within 5 working days. Once you have received the bags and filled them, you need to request a textile bag collection using the same button. When we have received your collection request we will get in touch to confirm your collection date. Up to 2 red bags will be collected on the scheduled day. Please leave the bags at your usual collection point no later that 6am on the day of collection.
If we miss your collection by accident, please use the button below to report it to us and we will collect within the next 3 working days.
