About the group
The Tenant Engagement Group (TEG) is a group of tenants working closely with the Council and Alliance Norse to make sure tenant voices are heard. Their role is to represent the views of tenants across the borough, raise concerns, share ideas, and work collaboratively with the council to improve services.
The TEG are proud to be part of the team shaping how the council listens, learns, and improves. Whether it's reviewing policies, meeting with officers, or helping to improve communication, we're here to make a difference. Every voice matters.
If you're interested in joining the group or just want to know more, look at the Ways to Get Involved section, or get in touch:

Ways to Get Involved
There are lots of ways to have your say and help shape housing services in High Peak. Whether you'd like to be part of a regular panel, share occasional feedback, or just answer a quick question now and then, we've got options to suit everyone.
- The Tenant Engagement Panel meet regularly with council and Alliance Norse staff to shape decisions, review services, and represent tenant views.
- Community Champions are a voice for their area. They share ideas, feed in local concerns, and work closely with the Tenant Engagement Group to improve your neighbourhood.
- Intermittent Champions Help out now and then by reviewing specific policies or testing new ideas.
- Sign up to be contacted occasionally for a Quick Q Panel. The TEG will reach out when they have short surveys or questions where your views can help shape improvements.
They are always open to new ways of working with tenants. If there's a better way for you to get involved, get in touch.
Expenses, support, and training is provided if needed but you don't need any special experience - just a willingness to get involved.
