We have plans in place to make sure we're listening to our tenants and improving the services we provide, whether that's about repairs, your neighbourhood or the information we share. Here's a summary of some of the key improvements underway in 2026.

Gamesley Estate Fencing Survey:

Following on from the recent estate walkabout and listening to concerns from residents regarding the condition of fencing throughout the estate, The HPBC Assets team have commissioned a contractor to conduct a survey of the fencing on the whole of the estate.

We would like to inform all our residents that this work will commence early June, and the contractors will be in high visibility work wear with ID badges. Once this survey has been concluded further information will be released to residents regarding the outcome of the survey.
